Clinical staff (physicians, nurses, allied health care professionals, clinical social workers etc.) of a large psychiatric hospital.

Sélection ou échantillonnage

Convenience sample. Invitations to participate were sent out to all members of clinical staff who were involved in the treatment, care or counselling of patients and had completed their basic training. The response rate resulting after data preparation was 45.2 per cent.
