Wenn Sie keine zusätzlichen Einschränkungen ("Keine") auswählen, können die Daten für nichtakademische Zwecke (Journalisten, NROs usw.) verwendet werden. Wenn Sie diese Option wählen, können Sie vollständige Download-Statistiken erhalten. Zusätzlich werden die Nutzer*innen im Falle einer neuen Version benachrichtigt und über die in der neuen Version vorgenommenen Änderungen informiert.

The subscriber agrees to use the above mentioned data and documentation files supplied by FORS exclusively for his or her own purposes. Under no circumstances is the subscriber to sell or transfer it to third parties, either in its original form or modifications thereof. The subscriber is responsible for the fulfillment of these rules by persons collaborating on the subscriber's project or which may otherwise be involved with the subscriber's project and, thus, have access to the data in its original form or modifications thereof.
The subscriber agrees to abide by the rules and regulations relating to data protection when using data. The subscriber is not to undertake any efforts to either research the identity of existing persons from the data or assign data to existing persons. In the case that data supplied by FORS contains information that can be attributed to specific natural and legal persons (personal data), the subscriber agrees not to reveal this information to unrelated to the subscriber's project. The subscriber also guarantees to analyze data exclusively in a non-personal perspective as well as to publish or supply results to third persons in a way that do not allow for identification of the concerned individuals. All of the above include persons collaborating on the project and it is the subscriber's responsibility that these persons abide by these rules.
The subscriber agrees to cite all data and documents according to scientific conventions (suggested citation above) and agrees to supply to FORS two copies of the published documents that have made use of the data (1 for FORS, 1 for the author of the original data set).
