Method description

The methods used for data collection were: Field observations to study e.g. the distribution of Skylark territories and feeding sites, the collar method to study the composition of Skylark's nestling food, artificial nests in order to estimate the predation rate in various vegetation types, radio telemetry for the study of home-range, habitat use and causes of mortality in the Grey Partridge.
