Methods

Method description

This project employed a qualitative design based on in-depth, semi-structured interviews. In collaboration with the NCCR, professional participants such as computer programmers, managers, and advisors were identified and invited to take part. All interviews were digitally recorded and transcribed verbatim, with any personally identifiable information removed. The resulting transcripts were analyzed thematically to identify key patterns and generate insights for the presentation of the findings.
