Sheet 1: Isotope and RockEval Data The dataset includes carbon, nitrogen and oxygen isotope data (bulk Delta13C_org, bulk Delta13C_Carb, Delta18O carb, bulk Delta15N), Total organic carbon (TOC), Total nitrogen (TN), Yield in CaCO3, RockEval Pyrolysis data (HI, OI, Tmax, S1, S2 and S3 peaks), Sheet 2: XRF Data The Dataset includes elemental concentrations measured by XRF in ppm of Rb, Yr, Th, U Sheet 3: P + ICP-OES Data The Dataset inludes elemental concentrations measured with the ICP-OES in ppm P, Al, Mo, Ti, V, K, Na and calcualted CIA values.

This is the raw data belonging to a manuscript published in Lethaia called Palaeoenvironmental variability and carbon cycle perturbations during the Smithian-Spathian (Early Triassic) in Central Spitsbergen (DOI: 10.18261/let.57.2.1) as well as Chapter 2 of the PhD thesis titled: Deciphering Complexities of the Organic Carbon Cycle across the Smithian and Spathian Substages of the Early Triassic.
