This project is part of a coordinated project on economic instruments of environmental protection. It will study first, what the problems with ecology taxes are, why these problems are an obstacle and if they are true problems.
Specifically it will study the public finance questions raised by green taxes, and by the more global question of a green fiscal reform. Finally, as part of the coordinated project, it will compare the instruments of environmental protection, to be able to choose the more adapted.
