The aim of this project is to systematically study the direct and moderating impacts of cultural background, individual characteristics such as personality, motivation, or self-regulatory skills, and other resources such as social support on individuals’ professional trajectories and their career development. In order to do so, a longitudinal approach is implemented, implying a 7-year follow up of a large sample of workers and unemployed individuals, Swiss and non-Swiss. This is the seventh wave of the project.

Codebooks Online Questionnaires: This archive contains .pdf files used to create the online version of the questionnaire for Wave 7 (2018). The protocol was composed of two parts that participants could complete through different media (of their choice): A 1st "Profile" part aimed at determining participants' employment situation (telephone interview or self-administered web-based questionnaire), and a 2nd "Base" part aimed at assessing participants' professional environment, health and well-being, personal characteristics, and demographic information (self-administered paper questionnaire or self-administered web-based questionnaire). Note. Copyright-protected material has been removed. Paper Questionnaires (Base part): This archive contains the French and German versions of the paper questionnaires (Base part) that participants who were either in employment, seeking a job, or non active completed if they chose the self-administered paper solution.
